Family Reunion- Menifee, CA

My sister ( Pat) and her family recently bought a new house in Menifee, California so we were so excited to see their beautiful new home as part of our road adventure! It was great to see Pat, Bill and David (my nephew) settled into their new digs. The drive from Carmel to Menifee was much more scenic than anticipated and my sis's new house was as lovely as expected - my brother-in-law ( Bill ) is an artist and every space he touches always looks magical. No matter where Pat's house is - a visit with her always feels a bit like home.

We had a great visit ( I lost several games of Sequence and lost in Pinochle due to some paranormal activity and a missing Jack of Hearts!

We were sent on our way with fresh laundry, home-made peanut butter and chocolate chip cookies and fudge which we are savoring almost as much as the good memories we shared!
